At the September 2, 2025, Special Call Meeting of the Andrew McQueen Civic Center Board of Commissioners, a no outside food or drinks (other than alcohol) and a clear bag policy during paid events was passed, effective November 1, 2025.

Prohibited items: sodas, juices, cups, wine coolers, beer, tumblers, jello shots, and other items as identified by venue personnel are not permitted inside the arena.
